Application

General extremely stable, light, clean, medium soft, high penetrative no oxidizing fatliquor. On skins it is good for all garments and ultra-light nappa. In the fatliquoring of bovine is to be considered a functional component for all fatliquor blends.

Properties

Pleasant warm/dry touch – thin handle – light specific weight in treated material – it gives medium softness without effecting tightness – good emulsifying toward other oils – it sta- bilizes natural fats – extremely bleached white colour on pure-chrome leathers – stable to electrolyte – stable to hard water and solvent washing – very even no weakened dyeing, grain defects are not highlighted – good buffing properties – wet toggle articles are even milled grained – buffed naps are clean and antistatic – it improves the liquor up-tacking reducing pollutant.

Recommended usage of TURON RN :

  • Pickle-chrome tanning   : 1 – 4 % on pelt weight
  • Every metal retanning   : 1 – 4 % on shaved weight - In neutralization          : 1 – 2 % on shaved weight
  • Main fatliquor    : 2 – 8 % on shaved weight

Storage : At least one year when stored properly according to international industrial norms and practice between 5° - 50°C original sealed packing. After opening the package, product must be con- sumed in a short period of time and preserved in- side its original packing until it is finished. It is fluid be warmed to a temperature of +15°C to +25°C then stirred thoroughly or re- circulated by in-pumping.
